General Entry Requirements

Applicants must possess the following requirements:

    GCE ‘O’ Level or SSCE of WAEC or NECO or their equivalents with credit passes in five subjects at not more than 2 sittings in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, one basic sciences from Chemistry, Physics, Agric Science/Biology/Health Science and any two of the following: Economics, History/Government, Fine Arts/Technical Drawing, Statistics, Business Studies/Principles of Accounts and Geography.
    Higher National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke or any recognized Polytechnic or College of Technology with at least a grade of Lower Credit OR
    First degree in relevant field from any recognized University.
