The ND1 intending candidates as well as Promoted Pre-ND shall require SSCE O-Level, JAMB-UTME of the entry year, Post-UTME screening/examination exercise, where the HND1 shall be SSCE, OND certification, and an evidence of Industrial Training (IT).

The acquired card has the access PIN Code. These cards come in the form of Scratch-cards for the above mentioned programmes obtainable in the designated Banks (UBA, OCEANIC Bank and the Micro-Finance Bank, all of Nasarawa branch)
